This weekly update is provided to keep investors, customers and interested parties up to date on the weekly events of Our Family Farm, LLC. Our Family Farm is a vertically integrated company that is embarking on a journey to provide nutrient dense, high quality, affordable food to the global populations.
PRE-LAUNCH
PHASE ONE
Our Family Farm is currently seeking pre-seed investors prior to launching its Regulation CF under the SEC 506. They are currently seeking $600,000.00, in the first phase. A complete Use of Funds is available on their website www.rising-ranches.com.
Our Family Farm has written its Private Placement Memorandum and Subscription Agreement per SEC compliance. The Form D is ready for filing on Edgar once it has been internally approved. Phase One will get Our Family Farm’s “house in order” to professionally conduct business.
POTENTIAL INCOME STREAMS
Hydroponically Grown Fodder for Livestock.
The recent draught over the last 10 years in the USA has taken a toll on the live stock industry as a whole. Hay has reached price levels not conducive to profitable operation. Alfalfa is even worse. Our Family Farm will rise to this challenge by hydroponically growing Fodder Feed in controlled environment buildings. This process manages the risk of not enough rain or too much heat. A 2000 sq ft building can take the place of many acres of alfalfa and hay fields. Additionally, Fodder Feed is nutrient dense, high in protein and is harvested daily. Production costs are just pennies a pound which makes it an affordable source of feed for livestock. Funds to start this project will come out of Phase One. Sourcing Beef, Pork, and Poultry Products Domestically and for Export.
Our Family Farm has been awarded contracts to source beef, pork and chicken for export to different countries globally. These contracts based on current market conditions, will provide up to 2.5 million dollars of income annually. This income has little risk and virtually no expense.
